You can park at P ING Electric. This location is only available during events at the Johan Cruijff ArenA. P1, P7, P9, and P Dome also have charging stations, but these cannot be reserved. You will need to arrive on time at those locations to secure a charging spot.
P ING Electric has 25 charging stations. If you do not see this location available but P ING is shown, then the 25 charging stations are sold out.
Are you looking for a specific parking location, but is it not listed for the event you are attending? There can be several reasons for this. 

  • The parking location is already sold out.
  • The parking location has not yet been made available for sale.

Municipal parking locations and P ING Acanthus are often published online slightly later than other locations.
 
P7 and P8 are always offered for sale as standard locations. If these locations are not listed for the event, they are most likely already sold out.
 
P9 is currently not available for booking. This location is expected to be added at the end of February due to a possible price adjustment. Sales will start from March.
You cannot cancel your booking for today yourself. Customer service can, but your money will not be refunded. See our Terms and Conditions for more information.
The calendar is updated every few weeks. If it’s a newly announced event, we recommend checking the website every week. Events for the new year are only published in the second half of the year due to possible price increases.
It may be that the parking location you want to reserve is already sold out, which is why it is no longer visible. Another reason could be that we are not allowed to offer the parking location by the parking operator.
 For example, P ING is only open during events taking place at the Johan Cruijff ArenA. If you have any questions about parking spaces for a specific event, please contact customer service.
In the ArenA area, it is not possible to reserve specific disabled parking spaces.
P1 has 48 disabled parking spaces on site and is wheelchair friendly, these disabled spaces cannot be reserved. 
P7 is wheelchair accessible, because this parking space is at street level. 
P10 and P-Dome are wheelchair friendly.

You can cancel a booking under ‘Bookings’. Please make sure to cancel the correct ticket if your booking includes multiple tickets.

To get your money back excluding booking costs, you can cancel up to the day of the event. The refund will usually be back on the account with which you paid within approximately 3 working days.

The following applies to P1, P2, P10 or P Dome:
➡ You can cancel yourself via your account, no later than the day of the event.
➡ Cancellations for P1, P2, P10 or P Dome via e-mail outside our opening hours for events (today and for the following day) will not be refunded
If you scroll all the way to the top, you will find the option to switch to another event location at the top right on desktop or via the hamburger menu on mobile.
 Please note: your shopping cart can only be completed within the same event location. It is not possible to checkout parking products from, for example, the ziggo dome and the johan cruijff arenA in one single order.
 If you return to the event location where one or more products are already in your shopping cart, you can complete your purchase there.
It is not possible to book a parking space for multiple days, not even for a hotel stay for example. It is not possible to deviate from the times indicated for the events!
